Are you so busy living you’re forgetting to live??? I was everything was about what I had to do for work and everyone else. Take some time each day to live. Take a day when you can and do something you enjoy. Longer if you can. Join me in getting joy back in my life!!!
I’m still drinking all the knowledge I’ve gained in through both the course I’m taking and the seminar I just went too. One of my biggest problems was how many directions it could go. Another one was how do I fulfill my purpose in doing the therapy and still take care of everything I need to where I’m at. I also asked myself the question am I enough? There were other questions too, but we have to start somewhere.
First off, we’re all enough. We all have some purpose. We’re all meant to help some living being(s). Thankfully, we all have different purposes or it would be a pretty boring world. What’s important is we all walk our path. Those who are meant to be there with us will be. The hardest part for me is to walk my path I have to let go of a few things and I am. I can’t do it all, so I’m going to do what I’m meant to do. I hope that others will join in this journey and do the same!
“So, come walk this path with me and let’s soar above fears, anxiety, depression and whatever else may be between us and our purpose!” ~RWA
Rebooting with Animals is my passion and purpose in life. When I started it I planned on this small simple animal therapy program but it’s become so much more. As I started training everything I was learning made the program take on a life of it’s own. At first I fought it, as like everyone else I like to have control of where I’m going with something. But, everything I learned laughed at my boundaries knowing where the energy of everything I was learning was taking me.
I just got back from training in Long Island, NY with my mentor/teacher from England. I got to talk one on one with him and his partner and I finally realized where this is all going. Where all the work and studying I’ve done and will continue to do for the rest of my life is taking me. As I’ve learned the journey will continue with changes… but I’ll grow with each of them. And I’ll no longer fight wherever this leads me. And I’ll stick with my purpose.
I feel like I’m like the moon where the clouds try to cover me where people think what I’m working on is impossible. No matter how they may try to hide me or convince me it can’t be done I’ll shine through that much brighter. ~RWA
Life is a journey. You have to grow with what comes your way. Rebooting with Animals has been like that. It started as a small goal to help some animals and people. Then I started training for it and it’s grown. Taken on a life of it’s own like a sun that is setting. Or maybe more so a sun that’s rising. As I’ve grown II find I’m becoming the Phoenix rising from the ashes. While studying the coursework to do the therapy I’ve realized how many directions it could go. I’m currently at a training seminar and it’s opened up roads and made me realize just where the journey is going. One of the best parts of the journey right now has been to learn to heal you have to heal. Now, I’m open to wherever the journey may take me.
Even when you’ve had a really bad day take time to look at the Sunset and drink it in. Take time to let go of the day and remember tomorrow is a new day/new beginning for each of us.
“Sunsets are proof that no matter what happens, every day can end beautifully!” ~Kristen Butler
“Wherever you are, be there totally.”
– Eckhart Tolle
How many times have you had a conversation and not remembered all or part of it? Or been on a walk with a friend and later they were talking about something really beautiful/touching and you didn’t remember it. I’ve done it more than I care to think about. It’s because my mind was busy thinking about the past or the future, not what was going on right now. In reality all we have is right now let’s cherish each moment and make the best out of each one!
In today’s world we live in a drive through society. Everyone wants everything now. We’re all stressed because we hurry to much. Take your time and when there’s a delay realize that there’s a reason for it. Look around you and see nature. Even in the city you can see the sunrise and sunset, a bird, tree… Take those moments and waiting and take in a piece of nature and breathe in/breathe out. It can change the rest of your day for the better!
“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” ~Lao Tzu
We aren’t here to compete with anyone just to be who we are. We all have a different purpose and have different things to offer. We’re here to use what we have to offer. It doesn’t matter what those we know have to offer. You’ll never find true peace until you learn to be you!
“A flower does not think of competing to the flower next to it, it just blooms.”
