I look at nature and I it’s constantly changing and I know I’m a part of it now.  I feel a need to change and grow, yet be at peace and teach others to do the same. I spent alot of my life in turmoil, but no more. The things I’ve gone through can help others through their dark times too and know there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.
