I’m giving you some thoughts to ponder today:
1) Have you ever noticed how most of your friends have something in common with you? You do a type of speaking through what you’re feeling and that attracts that in people and animals.
2) Have you ever been a work or somewhere where you really needed to do something and you didn’t feel up to it and you kept saying to yourself I can’t do this today. Your mind shuts down and you truly can’t then. But, if you tell yourself you can, then you can. Now if you’re not feeling well it may be slower than normal, but you still can.
